Return Policy:
As of 12/10/2005, No Returns will be accepted after Christmas 12/25/2005.
We offer our clients return service. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Please follow these simple steps:
1. E-mail, or fax us with your invoice # or package reference # located on your UPS label, name, and clearly state that you wish to return your merchandise. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. Return requests received by us after 14 days from the date customers receive merchandise will not be processed.
2. Repack your merchandise in the original packaging (In order for returns to be validated merchandise must be repacked in its original packaging). A customer service representative will contact you via e-mail in order to provide pick up date, and any further info required. UPS will then make 3 attempts to pick up your merchandise.
3. Once we have received returned merchandise, we will issue credit for the original purchase amount, minus the return freight, and a $15.00 return service charge. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and will not pay the freight back to us.
Damaged / Used Merchandise:
Credits for damaged and used merchandise will not be granted.
